Laser Combat

On Sunday I went to Laser Combat with some friends Tai Josh and Steve I really enjoyed the day and I know that everyone else enjoyed it too.

The reason we went all the way to Laser combat in Papakura was because I had my birthday but we didn’t do anything so we went to that. I had soooo much fun at that place and I was also very scared because it was in the most haunted place in New Zealand the old mental hospital. It was right next to spookers and asylum Paintball as we walked past the paintball I was instantly excited.

As we walked in we saw people in proper gear and camo pants, bandannas.

So It

was awesome and freaky at the same time. The guns were the same weight as real war guns it also had really cool scopes really cool sights and awesome maps. The adults had these really cool big machine guns which was awesome. Because 4 of us went we were split into 2 Me & Tai verse Stevenson and Joshua. So as he sets up our guns we walk out to the first map, the first map was a outside map with tires every where as cover description: AWESOMELY FUN!!! The way we played was if we got hit 5 times we were dead and we would have to go back to our medic box to respawn. It was so cool how me & Tai stuck together stayed as a team and how we covered each other.

Every game we had a challenge to get the least respawns and most kills. The first game was a tie and the teams were Terrorist’s (Green Team) and Special OPS(Black Team) . So the first game was a tie and in the second game I think the Green team won. Third match my team won wooo amazing play from us. Fourth game we did i’m sure we did 3 hits 1 life no respawns so it was pretty intense, me and Tai managed to hold out the whole game which was really good. Last round was sooo cool just because I didn’t know what was next.

I never knew that, that was the last round on that map and the moment we walked into the other map me & Tai were sooooo scared. When we walked in there was shredded tire all over the floor which prevented you from running like allllllll over the ground. So as we went to our side’s of the map me and Tai decided not to go in the house so me and him stayed outside marking the doors. First round i’m sure went to the green team(opposition) so quite annoying but we kept trying to kill the other team and me & Tai stuck together fighting off the other team rushing us on the right pretty much Steve and Josh. But in the end we pulled it around and won the last and final round.

Then at the end we were reading how many kills we got how many hits we got and how many respawns. And I was very happy because I got the most kill’s and hit’s out of everyone even the parents because I got 27 kills, 93 hits and 15 respawn’s.

Everyone enjoyed that day I loveeeed it, I thought it was amazing I had a great time would recommend anyone else going there.

Moneyland Board Game

Instructions For Money Land:

Objects:

Be the first player to complete a whole round.

Setup:

Put the 2 decks of cards down on the center of the board. Pick a game piece to play with. Only have 4 people playing then you're ready to play.

Contents:

1 gameboard

4 plastic playing pieces

2 decks of 24 each

How to Play:

Youngest player goes first. Players take turns rolling dice. There must be 2 decks of cards in the center of the board 1 deck is bad 1 deck is good. A player must land on something like a Green Question mark to pick up a good card. When the player reads the card it should say something like you have won 1.000 dollars go up 5 spaces then the player that picked up a card has to put it under the deck of cards she or he got it from. The players turn continues 1 more time. If the next player lands on a question mark that is red they have to pick up a bad card it will say something like you have lost 100 dollars go to jail then you pay the bank and go to jail.

Winning:

The player who has spent all their money first.

Other things:

Land on a Gb2 Means to go back 2 spaces, Land on Gf5 then go forward 5 spaces Land on a Golden Money sign then you get $1.000 and get to roll one more time. Land on a green question mark then you pick up a special card, land on a red question mark then pay the bank 100 dollars and then pick up a Chance card. Every player starts with $2.000.  If you land on a buy a car then you can choose to buy it and go forward 4 more spaces. Land on JOB then  you have to miss your next turn because you have to work. There are also many things like buy a house and buy a ferrari you should buy it because the first person to spend their money will win.

Restart New Game:

Take everything of the board then take 20.000 dollars out of the bank and then put the game pieces back to the start. Shuffle the cards again and put them back. Then you're ready to start.

Swimming Explanation

There are many styles of swimming such as freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. But for beginners you have to learn the basics such as floating, breathing, kicking and arm strokes.

Do you know how to swim using freestyle?  Well freestyle is when lay in the water stomach down.  Using your feet to kick up and down while alternating your arms.  Your arms need to be stretched out and moving in a circular motion.This helps to keep you moving forward through the water. On the third arm stroke is when you tilt your head out of the water to breathe so that you can keep moving without stopping for air.

Another style of swimming is backstroke? Backstroke is a little bit different to freestyle as you are swimming on your back instead of on your stomach. Also you don’t need to breathe as you are above the water not under. You need to have fast kicking legs while alternating your arms in circles to keep you moving through the water.

How would you do breaststroke? Breaststroke is one of the hardest styles to do because you go in and out of the water and it drains lots of energy. First you start with your arms you have to make sure that you arms are curved and penguin feet. Put your arms against your chest and your feet against your bottom. Push out your arms and feet simultaneously then curve them both back into position. After you push out thats your chance take a breathe of air.

For beginners you have to learn the basics such as practising how to float, kick and arm strokes. Most beginners start by using flutter boards (kicking boards) to help them float. The flutter boards are also helpful to learn how to kick and stroke your arms through the water.

In conclusion swimming has many different styles which include breaststroke, backstroke and freestyle. Out of the three swimming styles backstroke is the easiest as you don’t need to come up out of the water to breathe because you are swimming on your back.

The Best Game Ever

Black ops 2 is literally like every other shooting game but a lot better. It’s better because there are a lot of maps and modes like campaign, zombies and multiplayer. It also has score streak which reward you with gadgets to help defeat your opposition.

I like multiplayer the most because who can play with people online or if you don’t have internet then you can play with the bots which is the CPU (Central Processing Unit) in other words the xbox computer.

Score streak rewards are gadgets you can use against your opponents during the game.  To get score streak rewards you have to kill your enemies and the more you shoot the more points you collect.  With these points you can get different rewards to help defeat your opposition.  One thing is you have to choose your score streak reward before you begin your mission.

I mostly use care packages, lodestars sentry guns and A.G.R's (autonomous ground robot) in them. So if you collect them you can activate it. Lodestar is a plane that is loaded with missiles. You press the shoot button (RT) which launches a missile straight to your enemy you have targeted. Sentry gun is a gun that you place anywhere and whenever an enemy comes near it, it shoots them. Its very good at protecting. A.G.R is a little sentry gun but it moves around. Its just the same as sentry gun.

Another great reason why Black Ops 2 is  if you have more than one controller you can play with two players on same console. Thats what I mostly do with my cousins and friends.

Playing Black Ops II is quite addictive and frustrating. Addictive because once you know how to play you want to just sit in the lounge and play all day and night. Also frustrating because you might keep dying and you can't get any score streak rewards.

Movie In The Park

On Saturday ,movies in the park were running Wreck It Ralph at Pt england Reserve. And Me my mum sister and my two cousins went down to the reserve to watch the movie.

Me and my cousin  biked from panmure to the reserve. A lot of people showed up to watch the movie. I saw my friend Stevenson and me and him started finding more of our friends and cousins. Once we heard the beginning we rushed to the place where we were sitting and started to watch the movie but it was 9:00. The movie was going very loud in a lot of scenes.

While the movie was playing the time ticked bye. And While I was watching the movie I was running back and forth getting drinks,chip and biscuits. When the movie had finished I checked the time it was 11:30 and I was exhausted so as soon as I got home I just went straight to sleep.
