Walt: Search and Summarize in our own words
Maori Art History
We were learning about the maori cave art down in the South Island. This maori cave art has been around for more then 500 years.

  1. Hey, Zane,
I am Ellen Dunn, a student at the University of South Alabama in the United States. Your brochure looks fantastic! I did not know about the Maori Cave drawings until reading your blog post, how neat! It is really awesome that there is a place like the Te Ana Ngai Tahu Rock Art Centre where people can go and see the history that has taken place in these caves. I thought that the Taniwha was especially interesting. Did you know that, to some, they are not big and terrifying, but they are protective guardians. I learned a lot from your post, keep up the great work!
